The MADA Service, Parts & Collision Council (SPCC) is an organization of Minnesota dealership professionals who work together to advance and improve the vehicle repair industry. We are committed to promoting quality work and ensuring consumers know they have choices when it comes to vehicle repair. We are also dedicated to ensuring our workforce - both current and future - have access to the resources they need to have life-long and lucrative careers in the industry.

The MADA SPCC provides a platform for a dealership’s fixed operations staff to:

have access to resources and training materials to boost productivity;
discuss trends that adversely impact the delivery of service and promote solutions to overcome them;
tout careers in the automotive repair industry; and
network with their peers from around the region.

Minnesota drivers have the right to select the repair and collision center of their choice; no insurance company can require you to give up your choice.

If you have been in an accident, call your local auto dealer for advice and help to get your vehicle to a factory-trained representative who will use manufacturing parts.

All collision and service work is done by experienced, factory-trained technicians who have repaired hundreds of vehicles just like yours. And when you choose quality, it does not mean you are sacrificing affordability. Dealer service and repair centers compete on price and can give you excellent service, done right the first time, at prices you can afford.
